Third-group verbs
Practise third-group verbs in the French imperfect tense.
Third-group verbs include all French verbs that do not belong to the first or second group. They have different infinitive endings, such as prendre (to take), faire (to do or make), venir (to come), voir (to see) and pouvoir (to be able to). Their conjugation may seem more difficult, but in the French imperfect tense, they generally use the same endings: -ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez and -aient.
